I have made good choices, but I also have been extremely blessed and I never forget that. We need health reform for all those that have also made good choices, too, you self-righteous prig! I can't imagine that you got any help from anyone anywhere along your road in life. To quote my mother, who has also made good choices, "But for the grace of God, you might have been born an migrant farm worker."

Besides reforming healthcare is an economic necessity. We're paying for all the uninsured anyhow, only once they're so sick they're seen in an emergency room. Then they cost us 3 times as much!
